Hey there! I'm Leila, an Amsterdam-based digital designer.
With 8 years of industry experience in digital and visual design, I'm currently working as a Senior UX/UI Designer at Backbase.
After jumping into the industry with my background in graphic design, I quickly discovered a knack for all things digital, and I've been pushing pixels ever since. To sum it up: I love digging into every little pixel of an interface, but can nerd out for hours over typography, color theory, and grid systems — so I try to bring my inspiration from the latter into my passion for the former.
My daily activities in a nutshell include: UI and UX design, motion design, prototyping, building brand and design systems, working side-by-side with developers, and bringing clients and stakeholders through every step of the process.
